Upload Center
You may use the Upload Center to directly upload files associated with your worksheets, such as scans of your completed and signed FCC Form 601 and 603 signature pages, waiver requests, letters of justification, IRS 501C tax exempt letters, system diagrams or any other information you feel might be helpful to EWA/LAO in processing your application. Please enter the applicant name and/or callsign at the bottom of each attachment so we will be able to easily match the pages up with your application. The following restrictions apply:
- Enter up to a maximum of 3 files simultaneously.
- Each file must be 1 MB (1024 KB) or less in size.
- Files must be of the following types: JPG, TIF/TIFF, PDF, DOC, WPD, XLS (see file type details in the sidebar to the left).
