Part 90 licensees are required to construct their system within one year of the date of grant as per FCC §90.155(a). A Schedule K Notice of Construction must be filed electronically to the FCC as per §1.946(d) of the Commission's rules. Upon receipt of your application, an EWA/LAO license representative will contact you in writing with a breakdown of the required fees.
NOTICE: SYSTEMS FILED AFTER THE BUILD-OUT DEADLINE DATE MUST FILE A WAIVER OF THE RULES. AN ADDITIONAL EWA/LAO FEE IS REQUIRED. AN FCC FEE IS REQUIRED FOR NON-GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES.

The online worksheet consists of multiple pages. You can proceed from page to page in sequence by clicking the Next button at the bottom of each page or you can use the page navigation buttons 123 to access any page you wish in any order. Feel free to make changes and corrections to your information at any point and be sure to review all pages of your worksheet carefully before final submission.
