The Enterprise Wireless Alliance (EWA) today submitted a Declaration in the U. S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia supporting Sprint Nextel’s earlier appeal with the court which seeks to overturn the FCC’s Third Memorandum Opinion and Order in the 800 MHz rebanding proceeding.
