Enterprise Wireless Alliance (EWA) Announces Acquisition
of Daigneault Communications’ Licensing Assistance Office (LAO)
(McLean, VA) - Enterprise Wireless Alliance (EWA) a national trade association representing business, industrial and transportation enterprise users of wireless communications as well as communications sales and service organizations, announces the asset purchase of Daigneault Communications’ Licensing Assistance Office (LAO), a Gettysburg, Pennsylvania based licensing service organization.
“LAO is an organization with broad expertise in FCC licensing, spectrum analysis and related services for which they are widely recognized within the land mobile wireless industry,” said Mark E. Crosby, President and CEO of EWA. “They have a very talented staff who are dedicated to their customers and we are pleased to welcome them to our organization. This acquisition will greatly enhance EWA’s service capabilities and contribute to EWA initiatives to facilitate the identification of spectrum and technology solutions that are crucial to enterprises that seek to improve business operations and for communication service providers that are seeking new avenues of business expansion.”
Current members of LAO will automatically gain EWA membership, which will allow them immediate access to the full range of EWA services.
EWA is an FCC-certified frequency advisory committee serving enterprise, technology providers and communications service organizations with licensing, spectrum management and consulting services. Membership in the association is open to all users of wireless communications systems, manufacturers, system operators and dealers. EWA produces newsletters, regulatory updates, a magazine, Enterprise Wireless, and an annual trade show with a technology showcase for new wireless products and business operations sessions.
