Our New Website
Welcome to DCI/LAO’s new website! As a lot of you may know from our recent email address changes, we have switched Internet domains and also designed a new website while we were at it. We’re very pleased with our site’s new look and features. Our biggest new feature is a full suite of online licensing worksheets which our customers can use to file electronically rather than by downloading PDF versions, printing them out and then faxing or mailing them to us. The online worksheets come complete with an informative popup help system and links to aid you along the way as you fill out each one. We hope you will find the new online worksheets a convenient, speedy and useful alternative to the old method of filing. The old downloadable PDF versions of the worksheets are still available if you prefer.
Our new site also includes detailed information about DCI/LAO, the company, its history and our staff of professional licensing experts, as well as services and pricing. We have a new contact page which customers can use to easily communicate with staff members. In addition, we have a new Upload Center that provides customers with the means to directly upload scanned copies of worksheet filing papers (such as FCC signature pages that are required by the FCC to be submitted in writing). The online worksheets mentioned earlier also offer the ability to attach scanned signature pages as you fill them out.
Our new home page will provide industry news and company updates on a regular basis, with all articles being searchable as well as archived by date, month, year and tags. Customers can also subscribe to our RSS newsfeeds to receive updates automatically in their RSS newsreader programs (newsfeed links can be found at the bottom of each page, below the copyright line).
