800 MHz Rebanding Update
The TA has moved Lousiana, NPSPAC Region 18, from Wave-2 to Wave-3.
Wave-1: The three-month voluntary negotiation period has ended and the three-month mandatory negotiation period commenced on September 27, 2005. If a Frequency Reconfiguration Agreement (FRA) has not been executed by December 26, 2005 with Sprint Nextel, the parties will enter into mediation as of December 27, 2005. Reminder letters have been sent to all affected 800 MHz licensee Points of Contact.
Wave-2: The three-month voluntary negotiation period for Wave-2 commenced on October 3, 2005.
