800 MHz Rebanding Update

The TA has moved Lousiana, NPSPAC Region 18, from Wave-2 to Wave-3.
Wave-1: The three-month voluntary negotiation period has ended and the three-month mandatory negotiation period commenced on September 27, 2005. If a Frequency Reconfiguration Agreement (FRA) has not been executed by December 26, 2005 with Sprint Nextel, the parties will enter into mediation as of December 27, 2005.
