Construction Notifications: "If a licensee fails to construct a frequency, fails to construct a location, fails to construct an entire license, or fails to meet a coverage requirement, the frequency, location or license terminates automatically on the date of the construction or coverage deadline pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.946."
Prior to implementation of this new automated ULS feature, licensees are encouraged to review their licensing records to ensure the proper notifications have been filed…

Per FCC 05-137, DA05-2087: The CMRS regulatory fees filing window opens on August 23, 2005 and will remain open until 11:59 p.m. September 7, 2005. Fees received after that deadline date will be assessed a 25% late payment penalty. This pertains only to CMRS licensees (interconnected third-party providers) not PMRS licensees (private).
