Karen Karen has worked for LAO since 1993 in various administrative positions. She possesses excellent organizational skills necessary for the daily operations of the company. Karen earned her diploma in computerized accounting which is beneficial to working with account receivables and payables, and letter generation through computer merging. Database creation and maintenance, data entry, record keeping, office supply inventory and maintenance, mail organization and mass mailings for advertising are just a few of Karen's many talents.
Nancy Nancy began her career in the wireless industry when hired by the Motorola Government Relations Office in Gettysburg in 1980. During her thirteen years with Motorola, she helped create, then later managed the RADIUS Office. Nancy received an award from Motorola in 1992 for her outstanding leadership and managerial skills. She left Motorola in 1992 to manage the LAO office. With her vast knowledge of FCC Rules & Regulations, Nancy is a regulatory advisor to dealers and licensees nationwide. Prior to LAO becoming EWA, Nancy served on the Board of Directors for the Enterprise Wireless Alliance.
KarenH Karen began her career in commun-
ications with Motorola in the mid 1980s as a data entry person in the Gettysburg Government Relations Office. She was promoted within Motorola to licensing representative where she reviewed and filed FCC license applications for assigned geographic areas and special market groups for the Motorola sales force. Karen is now employed with LAO as a licensing representative and uses her vast knowledge of the FCC Rules & Regulations in assisting two-way radio dealers and customers nationwide with their licensing needs.
Cheryl Cheryl, being a very organized individual, has been one of LAO's assets since the year 2000. With her background in accounting and her experience with completing federal and muti-state taxes, Cheryl has mastered her position in the engineering-technical support division for Land Mobile frequency coordination assistance services. She also handles research requests, confirms and verifies weekly FCC reports and payments, understands FCC licensing including the Rules & Regulations, and is outstanding with customer communications.
Bill Bill spent over twenty years on active duty with the U.S. Navy working in the communications field. Throughout his naval career he served in positions demanding the utmost in trust, responsibility and leadership while demonstrating a capacity to make exact decisions. Upon his retirement from the Navy in 1997, Bill began working for LAO in 1998 and now manages both the licensing and the frequency coordination support offices. Bill runs a tight ship!
Becky Becky has proven herself to be a valuable member of the LAO office since the year 2001 as a licensing representative for two-way radio dealers and customers nationwide. She is intelligent, responsible and friendly and has a good working relationship with the frequency coordinators and FCC personnel. With Becky's in-depth knowledge of the FCC Rules & Regulations, she not only possesses the ability to solve complicated problems but is also a winner at achieving customer satisfaction. Becky will always go above and beyond the call of duty.
Judy Judy was employed by LAO in 1995 and has processed thousands of FCC license applications for two-way radio dealers and customers nationwide. She is well-versed with FCC Rules & Regulations, both old and new, and has extensive experience with all types of FCC research and requirements. A very organized and thorough worker, Judy currently manages multiple Database Maintenance accounts for large companies. This entails being responsible for maintaining all FCC licenses, renewals, modifications and construction notifications. Being extremely computer literate, Judy performs computer trouble-shooting within the office.
